I usually find on some servers that one book will sell better than the other two because of less competition. |

Keeping on the theme of gathering, choose a gathering profession like herbalism, mining and skinning. Choosing the latter two should be in preference if you are just starting out. The reason for choosing these professions in your special quest to gather the most gold, is because you can start them with literally no equipment unlike other professions.
